Silencio is good but cable management is hard in it unless you have something like the Corsair RMi which has a flat 24 pin.

350D seems like a decent option for you as well.

I don't know the exact price, but the Fractal Define Mini is minimalistic and offers very good build quality.

What kind of dollars are you using? What do you plan to put inside of it?

I think the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv Glacier is mid tower mATX. Wish I could buy this!! But I only built my PC last year ._.

 

Oh and not sure if it's <$100, but here in the UK it's £79 including VAT so it might just be <$100 if that's USD.
