You can get windows 7/8 off of reddit for like $20.

 

Edited Build (please don't get the CX power supply and get that EVGA one instead other then that all good)

Neither is a great psu. But the CX is at least as good as the EVGA.

Look at G2A for Windows keys. I have brought 4 keys off there, one didn't work so I used the G2A Shield got my money back with no worries. You can get 8.1 for around $35 and 8 for $23 but finding the windows 8 install download is a bit harder. Also don't buy the cheaper OEM versions are they are for one time use and get locked to the motherboard
