GPU BIOS flashing problems

I'm having some trouble flashing the latest bios version to my Gigabyte 7950 Rev 2. When the bios switch is set to 1 it's the FX1 bios and I know this because I successfully flashed it to that. However, when I set the switch to 2, it's running the F43 bios and it's saying that the latest FX1 bios doesn't match when I go to flash it. Any ideas?
