Ping and connection issues.

I recently built a computer and put it upstaurs in my house. I have a 50ft cat 6 ethernet cable connecting it to the internet. Whenever I play csgo on the computer upstairs I time out and my ping goes really high alot. However when i Use my clmputer down stairs I have no issues. Any reason why? How can I fix this problem?

Are you sure you're using the Ethernet and not wifi? Perhaps you have ethernet plugged in but you selected another device to connect to the internet.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

yea im using the internet from the cable

Are you using the same switch/router from the two different locations?
