Windows 10 and Firewire?

Hi Guys and Girls,

 

I was just wondering as I have not seen any confirmed reports, does anyone know if Firewire PCI-E add in cards are supported with Windows 10, I know that there were some issues with 8/8.1.

Do working Windows 7 Driver exist? Try these. Isn't FireWire dead and replaced with Thunderbolt 2 and USB 3.0?

 

I haven't got the card at the moment, it was simply an idea I had, installing one to run some audio/video equipment. Legacy drivers could be an option.
