Im having an issue with my PC not booting. It will just hang and power off then try to power back on. I was having an issue with it earlier saying that overclocking failed, but I did not have an over clock at the time. I learned that it was my RAM because it needed to have 1.65v. That solved the problem for a little bit. Then it started doing it again and I learned that that my cpu needed to be overclocked to handle 2400 mhz RAM. So I gave my 4790k a simple overclock of 4.4 ghz and this actually solved my issue for the most part. I got on my PC today fired it up after 10 minutes it shut off and now it wont power back on so I can get to the BIOS. I'm just wondering if there is something I need to do. I have pressed the clear cmos button but to no avail. I currently have a 4790k, Maximus VII Hero, and 2400 mhz G.Skill RAM. Any help would be great!

Ok for real, you can RMA your motherboard if you have warranty. You shouldn't be messing with the BIOS versions etc any further, because that is not covered by warranty.
