Windows 10 Partition Install?

HeyLookItsRed

So I've used the Windows Media Creation Tool to download a windows 10 ISO. and I don't have a USB or Disc to install it onto, so I was thinking that it might be possible to create a partition on my SSD and use rufus to burn the ISO onto the partition and boot from the partition (If there's a way to do that). Would this work or is it a dumb idea? Any response is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Download the ISO. Mount it using PowerIso or Daemon Tools. Use Windows Partition Service to make a partition. When asked to which HDD/Partition to install just select that one.
