At least by the images, the product literally doesn't have a power input at all. It's USB-powered.

 

The 10-port hub option does require wall power, but it's a 12V connection, not 5V.

It has a thing on the side for wall power.

The 4 port hub doesn't have a power connection option only the larger 10 port does at 12v as EposVox said.

If your talking about the HB-UM43 model it doesn't have a power connector from the specs or photos, the HB-UMP3 model does have a power connector option that comes with the unit.

I got the $6.99 and it has this thing on the side but okay guess I am so crazy.
