Steam mobile guard

I setup the mobile steam guard one my phone . Than I reset my phone and forgot to write down the code for the steamguard so it got lost. Happily Im still logged in my steam acc  my tablet. 

I need the Steam Guard authenticator recovery code I lost that code and without that code i can't login into my steam acc. I asked the steam support and  they sent me back this

but with that i still can't get the recovery code for the steam mobile guard

do you have a CD Key that you have used on your Account before?

This is a tricky one in the past I used a blizzard authenticator but never used the steam one other than through e-mail. When I lost the code to my blizzard one I had to text them with the phone that the authenticator was installed on but i'm not sure how steam does it. Sorry I cant help

managed to remove the mobile steam guard from my steam acc

How did you deactivate steam guard, I have the same issue
