Not particularly no. 32MB is relatively small when it comes to games. You're going to be moving hundreds of megabytes, even gigabytes to/from all the different components. What matters more is how fast the drives spin at. 5900 RPM is common for lower end/power saving drives (WD Greens), and 7200 is common for more higher end/performance drives (WD Black, barracuda).

i have a question:

have a HDD with 32mb of cache memory will make a worst gaming experience that have one with 64mb?

Games generally rely on the storage's performance only for the loading times and autosaves. FPS and graphics are not affected in any way whatsoever. Only a few games need to load huge texture packs while in-game (usually open-world games) and that's where the performance of your storage drive might have some influence. I doubt that you will find noticeable differences between a drive with 32MB cache and a drive with 64MB cache besides a second or two more loading time. :)
