So Im downloading windows 10 for the fifth time now through windows 8.1 (Bare in mind my Internet download speed is 0.7mbps so It takes a long time to download win10). the last four times it has finished downloading it configures itself and then reboots my machine, and then boots back into windows 8.1 and does nothing, the windows Icon is still in the bottom right and I have to redownload it every time, how can I fix this? Any response is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Is there any point keeping redownloading after redownloading?

I'd post the link but I cant get to it since im on a mac at work. Look up "windows 10 media creation tool" and go to the link on th eMS website, download it, run it and choose the option to "create bootable media" for another computer. You may have better luck with that.

When in doubt, re-format.

Will I need a USB for this?

Pentium g3258 @ 4.8ghz

Corsair h75

MSI-P33-H81M v2

Palit GTX 770 2gb Jetstream

Corsair CX430 PSU

The G3258 has known issues with installing windows. It won't install on mine either.
