BF4 and origin directx internal error

Hi! I recently bought battlefield 4 in a cd i puted the first cd then it asked me for the second then for the third and after that it needed to install the battlefield 4 through the origin i pressed install and it reached 100% after that it stoped and a window poped up that said directx internal error occured, then i tried to reinstall it but somewhere at 40-50% it did the same thing. I unistalled completely the battlefield and the origin and deleted all the files that had left i repeat the steps with the disks but when it came the time to make the installation i had again the same problem. Should i reinstall my graphics cards directx? ( i have a sapphire r7 260x)

What should i do?
