Information systems management questions

Fantazzmo

Okay, so I'm a second year ISM major and I was wondering if you guys could help me if whether or not I need to know anything before I start classes again. Do I need to know any kind of programming or coding? or any kind of internships I should be looking into? Any help would be great

Mind if I ask what it's like? Just wondering since I'll be looking for I.T./programming related jobs (and maybe courses) after college.

It's completely blown out of proportion. Also if you're the least bit worried about data gathering then you should go live in a cave a 1000Km from the nearest establishment simply because every device and every entity gathers information these days. In the current era privacy is just fallacy and nothing more.

I guess you will benefit of reading a bit on SQL, HTML and some easy VB or Java? If you havent allready started learning about it? Here in Noeway those topics is kind of usual in ISM courses.  :P

It's not bad, most of the classes so far are just about the basics of computers (hardware mostly but some software), math, and business management classes for I suppose the management side of it. All in all, it's not to hard yet
