You got some Asus ROG board? Asus Q-codes aren't POST error codes. They're diagnostic codes. It tells what it's doing and It'll show a code on it all along. What I'm trying to say is possibly nothing at all is broken. You could just have a bad cable or the input on your display on wrong setting. Seems to me that "Legacy boot event" means that POST is done and you're in BIOS setup. Possibly no OS installed? That'd wind you up in BIOS automatically.
