Headset problem

I bought a new headset Hyperx Cloud 2 about 2 weeks ago and today they suddenly stopped working. They sometimes start working again if i restart the computer or unplug and plug again the USB (sometimes) but then when I move the headset / cable even a little bit, they just stop working again.Also it has said that unrecognised device or something on the bottom right corner.It doesnt always say that.

I'm just wondering whether the problem is in the pc or the headset so I would know if i'd have to refund the headset.Any help is appreciated.

I don't know much about these stuff however, if it works for 2 weeks then stops working it is probably a headset problem.

Since it did work once upon a time..
