Hand size: 18 cm

Extra requirements: At least 2 side buttons and the ability to change DPI on the fly. 

Preferred but not essential: Horizontal scrolling.

My hands are slightly larger, but I found people with large and small hands seem to appreciate a palm grip on it

Anyone know which one would work best with the steelseries QCK mouse mat, I assume it's the SS rival, but I want to make sure.

They should all work fine, since the mat is just cloth, no compatibility issues or something. Many people use the QcK, because of the roughness of the cloth they use, which works fine with atleast 90% of the optical sensors out there. If I had to pick out of that list, I would get the Zowie FK2, but the Zowie FK1 is a bit bigger and costs the same, no other differences, so I'd recommend that over the FK2.
