windows 10 keeps "processing"

all right guys so you guys now the deal, you click that windows 10 icon and it shows up the screen "what will apen next" and then i click to continue (suposedly to check my machine) but then it gets stuck in the "processing" screen. Any ideas?

My windows is 7 professional and i have windows up to date

Open windows Update and continue from there. It's stuck because it can't open windows update, so you need to do it yourself.
