can i overclock that ?

Howdy Folks, i have a Amd a10-5800k APU and a ASRock FM2A85X Extreme6 ATX FM2 Motherboard.here is my build been around 2 years http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XfXvxr

ok i have 3.8ghz and with my mobo i have a option to overclock it but the thing is its all the part and its overclock 15% everthing if i choose to OC with that mode on will it over charge or burn or something? or the best thing is to OC my self the part i need ? do you guys have a guide for my hardware? or its safe to just press OC boost and there you go.

indeed im using a hyper 212 evo currently. im still on the fence for the X-Boost will it take too much voltage of everthing or if there a guide on how to OC my cpu correctly while not pushing too much voltage im not trying to break world record OC xD just maybe trying to achieveemnt better than the X-Boost. also if the X-Boost is not safe and can cause my mobo to burn i dont want that
