go with config 3.

less dust, and neutral flow.

always make sure your rad fans are set to pull to keep dust from forming a layer between the rad and fan.

alternatively, you could pull air in through the non-radiator fans, and push out through the radiator fans.

that way you don't dump the rad's heat into the system.

follow topic.

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

Thanks for that, like in CONFIG 3 what would you recommend for the bottom radiator have the fans on the bottom pulling air out or on the top pulling the air through the radiator? (Like shown below)

OR PIC 2

Doesn't matter which you go with. There's negligible difference.

Case Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX | Motherboard Asus ROG Strix Z270i | CPU Intel i7-7700K | RAM Team Vulcan 16GB DDR4 | GPU Geforce GTX 1080 Ti | Storage Crucial MX300 1TB M.2 | PSU Corsair RM750x

whatever is more estehtically pleasing to you some people like to see the fans spin some thing they're ugly and prefer to see the rad. Performancewise the difference is negligable.
