it's a very good build

some additions that you could make(if you have the extra money) would be a cpu cooler like the CoolerMaster hyper 212 evo(even if you don't overclock, and an ssd

I personally wouldnt cheap out on the case tho, maybe something else.

And also, try and get an SSD in there, even if its just a small 120GB one, it will make a big difference :)

Well, this is actually a build for my friend and he is not willing to overclock because he is too worried and then it'll void the warrenty.

Yeah SSD would be nice I'll recomend that to him once he gets more (the SSD is for windows yeah and couple of frequent games yes?).
