Is this laptop upgradeable?

Hi, I'm looking into buying a new laptop, and I want to upgrade the RAM and SSD, but it looks like this at the bottom: http://prntscr.com/82h7mv

 

Is it likely it's upgradeable?

 

Laptop is called Packard Bell Easynote TG71BM.

 

It only has 1 RAM slot that's filled with 4GB, I'm worried that it might be soldered.

 

 

Update: I took a risk and ordered the laptop and bought a 250GB SSD & 8GB of RAM along with it.

Yeah, that's no problem but as it doesn't have special parts to open up I'm worried it might not be upgradeable.
