Does http://www.ubernycmarketplace.com/ track your ip? as i can only post once an hour if so can i change that some how please help i really need to do something and i cant do it if they let me do it once an hour

Most likely it's using cookies, but it could be doing server-side IP tracking.

Clear your cookies, use a VPN, you should be able to re-use it again.

I guess you could try deleting cookies but your modem leases IP adresses, and you'd have to restart it each time, even then you might not get a new IP.
