Can someone help me out with pc parts and a build?

 

budget? where are you located? what games? what resolution? any preferences?

Welllll I don't really have a budget, I'm in the USA, and I wanna play my games way better than ps4 and Xbox one.

Go to a shop and buy a potato :P
