PUP is just Potentially Unwanted Programs, usually flagged due to a bad reputation or adware. No need to worry.

That normally happens when you install a program that has that "Ask Toolbar" and other rubbish in it. It stores the adware install files in the TEMP folder. Your system is not infected, it's just a malicious temporary file.
