Windows 7 Ultimate 64x Boot problems

Hi,

 

I recently downgraded back to windows 7 from windows 10, after I had too many issues to cope with. It worked fine, for one day. Now, I get this everytime I start up:

I can boot in Safe mode, then it works fine. (That is where I posted this from)

When it boots up without anything on the desktop, I can do ctrl+alt+delete and go into task manager. explorer.exe IS running, so that can't be the issue. Anyone have any tips?

Check the resolution settings, looks like it's stretched too far out for the screen.

Check the resolution settings, looks like it's stretched too far out for the screen.

That is probably because I had to crop the picture in paint, else it would've been too big to upload. I should probably add that i can't even right click. Nothing happens :/

if you can bring up the Task manager try restarting or killing and starting explorer.exe.
