Hide adress bar&tabs in chrome?

Go to solution Solved by Talsyrius,

Thought I should come back and write a solution that I found if anyone else wants to do the same thing, http://www.multitwitch.tv/ make it look like I wanted it to :)

Hi,

I was looking around for a way to hide the address bar and border in chrome windows, as when you run full screen (f11), but still have it as a separate window that I can move around and doesn't take up the entire screen. So basically I want to be able to run "windowed full screen mode".

Any ideas?

This is really driving my crazy, it seems like such an easy fix, but I really can't find anything that works.

The ideas I have is to either find an extension for chrome to be able to run full screen mode without locking the window, or alternatively split up the display in four virtual displays so that full screen will only cover one tile. The latter sounds like it would work, but the only programs I have found that will let me do that is not freeware or not compatible with windows 8. With the "windows 8 mode" for chrome you can kind of do this, but then you are tied to the default screen split sizes...
