So there are a bunch of video cards at microcenter for $209.99. They are pretty good cards and when looking through specifications I don't see any major differences between them. I want to buy the best card there is for that price, but simply can not decide! Also, does 4gb matter if my screen is 1600x900?

The 380 will perform better than the 960. 4GB of VRAM does not matter at 1600x900 at all.
