Downgrade from windows 10

I got windows 10 recently (within a month) and dont really like it so i went to downgrade from 10 to 8.1 in settings update and security and then recovery but the windows 8 option wasnt there only advanced startup. Please help also my windows.old file is not deleted please help thank you!
