Black screen :(

Every time iam turning my pc on it shows the normal thing like the name of the mother board and stuff but after this my screen just black like pitch black and my keyboard seems to be working even tho the light are off.i tried to press f9 and del but its dont do anything.please help me.

Did you try waiting?

With Windows 10 I get a 1-2 min black screen (where my mouse works) and than it keeps going normally (I have a old computer with only a WD Blue)
