Curved monitors won't effect you're requirements, it's about the resolution you're pushing, also for what games/applications?

What ultrawide ?

I would get a single card, something like a R9 390 / 980 ti

SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

Please ditch the Dom Plats, most overpriced useless ram on the planet.

Well a nvidia GPU will work much better with curved than amd. Those monitors don't like a lot of heat. They might unbend if they get too much transferred through HDMI. If you're using DVI or DP it's fine though.

4real now get a 4690k or 6600k and a 980ti if you have the budget

Whatever is cheapest 1600mhz on PC part picker.

What's your budget for the whole thing without the moniter and what moniter is it.

Also what is this for, video editing, gaming, streaming?

They aren't. They are mostly 3440*1440, but they can be 2560*1080 but it isn't the 1080 you are thinking of.

Hows curved monitor for gaming vs regular monitor

And do you think ITX is good for gaming ? vs ATX

I wouldn't be adding additional Graphics Card.

Curved monitors tend to be more immersive

ITX and ATX are literally the same in gaming, ITX is smaller with less ports usually though.

Motherboards don't change performance but mini ITX limits your ability to upgrade.

Does it have to be a small form factor?

And what country you live in?

USA no it doesn't have to be small form factor. if you can put a list together for me that would be great

Ram is ram, flashy lights add money not performance.

i actually got the flashy lights for my APU setup... which is a bit neat since hte APU really uses RAM alot, so they light up like a fucking carnival on ecstacy and acid.
