AMD gpu Far cry 4 non responding drivers

I"ve installed far cry 4 like 3 days ago, but I have stil the same problem - when I play for some time, the game bugs and I have to end it by task manager, then I see that amd drivers are not reponding. Any1 knows solution for this? catalyst 15.7.1 and my old 1280x1024 screen on 7770
