are they the same? if not the same which is the better?haswell or aero?

Haswell is a CPU architecture, Aero is a Windows theme type thing as far as I know

 

Nevermind. I know what you're talking about. The OP seems a little lacking of knowledge. Especially for posting this in Mobile Gaming.
