What's better: GTX 980 in SLI or one 980ti?

Technically, the 980s will perform better, but a 980Ti would be the better option, as you don't have to deal with SLI scaling, or games that just don't support SLI.

980 SLI has more raw power. 980 Ti will be more efficient, less noise, and better stability/consistency.

id go 980 sli if it was cheaper, which its not, or i dont think anyway.
