So I have a 2 3tb hdd in raid 0 and I created multiple partions. Unfortunately, one of the partitions is now shown as unallocated and truth is I forgot to do this partition smaller than 2 TB. I used disk unlocker on windows 8.1 to acess the excex 1.79TB as a new partion, but I did a clean install of windows 10 and now I have a lot of important data on the missing partition. Is there a way to recover my the unallocated portion without losing my data? Thank you very much. BTW, I was wondering, what if I install ubuntu on my pc, will it recognize everything and as a result I'll be able to copy the files to a HDD, or it won't work? Thank you very much!
