Deleting Google Accounts

Today I've spend more than an hour deleting my old google accounts. 

It's almost done, but there's 1 account left

It isn't coupled to another email adres or my phone.

Is there a way it can still be deleted?

You can request a password reset with no info, there's a form where you enter info about the account that only the account holder would know.
