Need help with fans

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro

MOBO: Gigabyte Gaming 7

 

I cant figure out how to install my fans.

I have 3 fans, 1 in front, 1 in back, and 1 on top.

they are all 3 pin connectors.

on my MOBO they are 4 pin.

What do I do?

3 pin (non PWM) works fine in a 4 pin slot (PWM)
