Projector Hunt

Hello All,

 

My family and I planning a room for a new project for a media room.  The objective is to find a projector that fits these needs:

 

- at least 1080p display

- great color accuracy (I installing a reflective screen on the wall that is built for projectors)

- a wide variety of IO options (HDMI inputs, etc)

- it needs to be mountable

- Budget:  $300

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

in need now ? I thing you should wait when Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200 reveal on i3 or Pentium

I'm looking for a projector.  Not a Integrated GPU.  @Tedol

Just make sure you get a DLP projector and you`ll be good. I personally use BENQ 720p DLP projector that can do 120hz.

You probably dont need 120hz, but you can get BENQ either way - their projectors are solid.

DLP is the one with high contrast and awesome colors. The other technologies are shit. Laser ones have same good colors, but flicker as shit.
