I'm about to build another rig, and my GPUs, two R9 Fury Tri-Xs, are known to be some of the longest cards on the market (30.5 cm). So can I fit two of them in a NZXT H440 without having to remove the drive cage?

It appears not.

No, you would need to remove the cage in order to fit them in. 30.5cm comes out to be 305mm. With the drive cage in, you get 294mm and without it, 406.2mm.

Crikey that's unfortunate, good thing it appears that all you have to do is remove the drive sleds instead of taking out the cage.
