What do you do after disassembling your case?

Some case part simply snap on. Like the front and back of my 600t just snap off. Some are hooded in place using screws.

The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion.

If you have completely torn apart a case that was riveted together I would personally screw it back together however I got lazy with the last case I did and riveted it back together,

If you want to maintain an original look you need a pop rivet gun and pop rivets. Not sure where you are but here is the gun that i have.

And pop rivets like this.

http://www.amazon.com/Aluminum-Steel-Multi-Rivets-Grip46-48/dp/B00AGKARCK/ref=sr_1_4?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1375505570&sr=1-4&keywords=1+%2F8+pop+rivets

You can get them in different colours as well. just make sure that you are using 1/8th wide aluminum rivets. You can use steel but they are a pain to drill if you make a mistake.

You can also use 1/8th machine screws. Look at your local hardware store.

Just rivet it back together or use nuts and bolts if you are willing to take the time to be able to take it apart easily again.
