Steelseries H Wireless, Mic Quality?

Hello, I'm really interested in buying the Steelseries H Wireless but $300 is a lot for a whiny microphone.

I'd mostly be using it for skype calls so if anyone has this headset and is willing to call me on skype with it to let me hear how it sounds, that'd be great! Thanks! Message me for skype info.

Linus has a review video of the headset with a mic test. Just listen to that. It's not TERRIBLE.. But it isn't great either. Has that sort of tin can effect. The headset itself audio wise / features / quality tho is actually very good.
