it should be ok but i would go with a better one

Defaq? No. . . .

The V series is made my SeaSonic and has more than enough wattage for a 980 Ti >.<

It's fully modular, has excellent noise and ripple supression and can deliver it's rated power.

Great choice OP, stick with it.

he has a K series processor so he is probably gonna overclock

a high wattage one also enables future upgradability

650W is plenty. Without an OC that system will likely pull a max of 450W - More than enough headroom.

Seasonic only make the fully modular version. The semi modular listed by the op is made by Enhance.

Оh, thanks for correcting me. Only saw the V and thought it was the SeaSonic one. Still a good PSU though.

Is this power supply good enough?

http://i.gyazo.com/b6e47c16baaf8a547ec03bf9e09825eb.png

My specs:

i5 4690k

evga gtx 980

8 gb ddr3 ram

1 tb hdd

EDIT: Sorry it is a regular 980

it's totally fine. Anybody telling you you need more wattage does not understand power consumption...

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

This thing will hit like 320W under load with overclocks...
