Hi guys . I'm looking into buying the pcie Intel 750 400gb ssd and I was wondering if I could also run my other Samsung Evo ssds in the mix too . So I would have my OS and some important software and games on the 750 and then all my pics and random games on the Samsung 850 evos . I'm on the gigabyte x99 gaming 5 board

Yes, you should be able to run them all together just fine. The PCI-Express Intel 750 lives on the PCI side of things.
