Hello,

I recently finished building my pc with an Intel Core i5-4690k, MSI R9 390, and a Asus ROG Maximus VII Ranger Motherboard. I now have some problems with it.

There no accurate way of explaining this problem so I will give some examples.

Running windows 7 64 bit SP1

For example:

Im doing some stuff on chrome and after a period of time chrome looses its focus on itself and focuses on something else. You probably know how the top bar looks like when you are working on chrome and when not. When its focused its darker than when unfocused, when its unfocused the top bar blends in with your desktop image. Try this then you will know what I mean:

--- Move your chrome a little bit down to see a part of your desktop. Click on the chrome top bar and look at the color of the bar, now click on the desktop, youll see that the color of chrome's top bar changes. This is what I mean with my computer loosing the focus.

Another example:

Im playing a game in full screen and in windowed full screen, the same thing happens on there, at some point the game looses its focus and focuses on something else. At full screen however the game just sends me back to my desktop. At windowed the same thing happens like with chrome.

I was wondering about reinstalling every driver I had installed, motherboard, wireless adapter, and the gpu. I was also thinking about reinstalling windows without loosing all my files.

Is there a solution to this?

Hope that someone can help me.

Thanks

First of all... it losing* not loosing.

Are you sure simply aren't hitting a key that would (alt-Tab) you out of the game or window?

I don't think this would be a specific driver issue but more of a windows issue.

You haven't even mentioned which version of Windows you're using. You might want to start there.

Windows 7 64 bit SP 1, updated the post.
