The store you for it from.They will send it to the producer after the confirm it's broken

If it's under a year old (which it is in this case), then I would just go return it for a new one at the store you bought it from.

 

However, EVGA has some great customer support. And an RMA process doesn't take that too long to go through there.

 

Edit: My RMA that I have had to do went through in under 24 hours. I sent them an e-mail saying everything I tried to do to troubleshoot the card. And I was directly escalated to an RMA, and RMA was approved shortly after that.
