Hey!

I was thinking the possibility of painting

pcie/some ram slots of my sabertooth( just the side not inside )

Since the khakhi/brown disturbs me sometimes, could it be done with small brush and some plastic model paint?

I think i have some of it in closet

would it work if carefylly painted and covered the slots etc?

Not so short afterall

Tl;dr can i use plasticmodel paint on mb?

You can't do it with a prush.It will leave marks and the pain job will be just bad.You need a spray pain and you should paint just the armor since the slots will be covered anyway

Im not about to paint the armor but only the top pcie and 2/4 ram slots since they show trough, and maybe the bottom connections to make it stealthy

Didn't those come with some sort of covers for pcie and ram?Is not a good idea anyway Linus did it and well...didn't go as planned

yeah they did but for example the top pcie has that khaki poop line there and even painting it from only one side would help alot, ram covers are there but they dont cover the khaki/brown stuff on the sides:(

You might as well get some black sticky paper and cover perfectly what you want.I am sure you can find in mat black so is not so shiny....is an idea tho
