Windows 10 upgrade problem

CALBIX

Im so salty at the moment

So I have tried 2 methods for upgrading to windows 10.

1.With windows update

2.With the media tool

Both of the resulted in my pc either freezing up and having me to restart and redownload the whole thing again witch takes hours

and windows update fails

Now what i mean by my pc freezing is that if im busy upgrading my pc just stop working it stops at 25% and sits there for 24+ hours witch means its now upgrading.

Please help me with this annoying problem

Thanks

Use the media tool to make a bootable USB and then upgrade using that.

If upgrade still fails, then you'll have to clean install (i.e formatting your boot drive)

How do i do a clean install trough the USB?

Boot from the USB, go next next next until you come across this screen that gives you two options Update and Custom (Advanced)

650x496xinstall-windows-10-technical-pre

Click on Custom, select your boot drive, press delete (no turning back after this), select new, name the disk and press next to start installation
