Windows 10 Black Screen Before Login

PoLoMoTo

I've done a clean install of Windows 10 twice trying to fix this problem.  When the computer boots after the logo screen it goes to a black screen with cursor for about 30 seconds and then the circle dots loading screen pops up for like half a second and then the login screen and its smooth sailing from there.  I can't figure out what is causing the black screen, my MSI laptop does not have this issue.  Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

I have installed nothing but the graphics drivers, which I'm now going to uninstall to see if that fixes it.

System:

5960x @4.5GHz under water

X99-Deluxe

16GB (4 x 4GB) G.Skill Ripjaws 4 2666MHz

2x R9 290x's (Second one is under water)

Xonar Essence STX

Adata S510 120GB SSD (I think that's the model)

4x 2TB WD Red's in Raid 10

PS The Essence STX drivers from Asus do not install on Windows 10 and the modded ones that do work are pretty terrible...

Welp I probably should've waited before posting. It seems the issue was the AMD drivers which is rather unfortunate
