What printer to get?

Hello, so yesterday I tried to print some stuff with my printer, I turned it on and after 5 seconds it just died. Literally. It doesn't respond to anything now.

 

The printer is about 5 years old, it's Canon MP220. I don't know stuff about printers at all. I've been wondering what's the best printer in 50€ ~ 75€ price range.

 

I don't really need anything demanding, the occasional print like once a week. Only thing I'd like is to have Wi-Fi printing options, like print from router network.

 

Cheaper cartridges are a plus too. I don't think I want the ones which are like every cartridge has its own color. Right now on my MP220 I only need Black and Color cartridges.
