Weird Windows 7 Boot Loader?

Okay so I just bought an SSD, installed it an all that jazz.  It runs great (Even though I'm in IDE mode.  I'll probably do a fresh install in AHCI after I finish this Spanish class I'm taking..)

 

However in cloning it, I ran into a problem with the BCD, I assume.  I put the Windows 7 disk in and recovered it so that'll run and then got a bootloader, allowing me to pick from my SSD and my HDD.  I googled how to get rid of the boot loader and did just that.  I deleted the entry for the HDD and now it boots straight to the SSD.

 

Here's where the problem starts, now it loads like:

And THEN, loads normally.  This doesn't take too long, but if I could get rid of it, that would be lovely.  I don't know what to google to get this so I came to you guys hoping to find help, thanks!

 

UPDATE:  After doing some more digging I found two commands and neither of them seem to be working:

bcdedit /set {current} locale en-US

bcdboot %WinDir% /l en-US

Umm, it looks like you upgraded Windows Vista to 7, then did this clone of a drive.  Am I correct?

No this computer alway's been Win 7..  Sorry if I was confusing I was frustrated and it was late.
