I just installed Windows 10, and everything has been fine so far. The only problem so far, is that when i right click on my screen to access the usual folder/icon/options menu, it takes about 15 seconds to load if it even loads at all. The cursor turns into the circular blue ring, and continues to load if my cursor touches the desktop screen. I can use the cursor in other windows perfectly fine during this process. I'm pretty sure this is a software issue, but if anyone needs my specific hardware specs, I can post that later. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Menus in Windows can be augmented. My guess is that you have a program that added a custom entry that has a bug, and acts funny. See kinda like a bad add-on on your web browser, which make it act unresponsive, or slow.
